"Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. "
~ Patanjali, translated from Sanskrit
Hanuman

Please read complete schedule as I have added a few new guidelines. My responsibility is to teach you to the best of my knowledge of the way I have been taught and assisted by my Guru Sri R.Sharath Jois. I will do my best to lead you in the way method is taught in Mysore India now, system stays the same. I want everyone to be safe if you hurt yourselves because you are not ready or your ego tells you to go for it then how can you practice, there will be days when your practice is great there will be days when your practice may just not feel right don’t worry about it. You change daily and remember its not all or nothing or how many asana you can do that makes you a yogi , if you are not transforming as a person internally  then take a self evaluation.Even with the practice even though you practice the same sequence if you just pay attention to your breath and the way you feel during practice you will notice that you are not the same each day, if you are alway just dabbling around from one system to another you’ll never find the truth you seek or the practice you need fro yourself. These are just some thoughts and Ashtanga is not for everyone its tough ,takes lots of dedication take a trip to Mysore or just visit a Ashtanga only Shala within the states or while traveling and yo will get some understanding, its not the best in class, who has the cutest outfit on no one really cares they are there to work on themselves their practice their life change .
